INGREDIENTS

1 Package Pure Farmland Simply Seasoned Protein Starters
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. smoked paprika
¼ tsp. dried ground oregano
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
¼-½ tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
1-2 ripe avocados
2 tomatoes, diced
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 15-oz. canned corn, rinsed and drained
1 8-oz. bag shredded lettuce or cabbage
Crumbled queso fresco
12 tortillas Cilantro (optional)
Lime wedges as garnish

DIRECTIONS

Cook protein starters in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Break apart with spatula and cook until moisture has evaporated and product browns, about 12 minutes.

Prepare the veggies and taco toppings— remove pit and cube avocado; dice tomatoes; finely chop red onion; rinse and drain corn.

Assemble tacos— fill tortilla with protein starters and desired toppings, crumbling queso fresco over completed taco. Sprinkle with cilantro and a squeeze of lime if desired.
