Sweet Mandarin Orange Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 Package Pure Farmland Maple Sausage Patty, chopped
5 oz. baby spinach  
3 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented  
3/4 cup pomegranate arils
1 medium avocado, diced 
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted 
1/4 cup chopped walnuts 

DIRECTIONS

Cook Breakfast Patties in skillet over medium to medium-high heat for about 12 minutes, turning occasionally to brown evenly. Set aside. 

In a salad bowl layer spinach, mandarin oranges, pomegranate arils, avocado, almonds, and walnuts. Add the chopped Breakfast Patties on top. 

Drizzle the desired dressing on top and toss well. Serve and enjoy!
