Sweet & Hot Plant-Based Thai Burger

4 Pure Farmland Simply Seasoned Burger Patties
4 whole wheat buns
½ red onion
Strips from 2 large, peeled carrots
Strips from 1 large, peeled cucumber
Sprouts (alfalfa recommended)
Sweet chili sauce

DIRECTIONS


Prepare the veggies— chop red onion; peel carrots & cucumber, then use peeler to create carrot strips & cucumber strips. Set aside.

Cook burger patties in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat for about 12 minutes, turning once after juices appear on surface.

Drizzle sweet chili sauce over burger & top with sprouts, onion, carrot & cucumber strips. Enjoy!
