Sprouted Avocado Breakfast Bagel

INGREDIENTS

2 Pure Farmland Breakfast Patties (Savory Original or Maple Flavored)
2 bagels, sliced & toasted
1 ripe avocado
4 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
English cucumber, thinly sliced
French breakfast radishes, thinly sliced
Seeds of choice (flax, chia, hemp, sesame, pumpkin)
Sprouts of choice (radish, alfalfa)
Chili flakes (optional)







DIRECTIONS


Toast bagel as desired.

While bagel toasts, cook breakfast patties in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat for about 12 minutes, turning occasionally to brown evenly.

Spread avocado on one toasted bagel half. Layer with cucumber & radish slices.

Slice 1 breakfast patty in half, placing on top of the previous layer.

Sprinkle with desired seeds, sprouts, & chili flakes.

Spread Greek yogurt on the second half of bagel & place on top of assembled bagel half, completing the sandwich. Repeat with second bagel.
