Spinach Gouda Quiche

INGREDIENTS

1 package Pure Farmland Savory Breakfast Links
1 9” pie crust
2 cups spinach
3 large eggs
¾ cup whole milk
½ cup heavy cream
3 oz shredded gouda
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS

Adjust oven rack to center position and preheat to 375 degrees.

Cook breakfast patties in skillet over medium to medium-high heat for about 12 minutes, turning occasionally to brown evenly.

Remove from skillet and add spinach, sauteing for 1 minute until wilted.

Roughly chop the patties and spinach.

Whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, gouda, salt, pepper.

Add the chopped patties and spinach.
Place a baking sheet under the pie pan and bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
