Spider Web Taco Dip
1 lb Simply Seasoned Protein Starters
1 ½ cups sour cream (reserve ¼ cup for topping)
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup guacamole
1 cup mild tomato salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup sliced black olives
Place protein starter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Break apart with spatula and cook until moisture has evaporated and no pink remains, about 12 minutes.
Set aside and let cool.
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning.
Spread the sour cream mixture into the bottom of a large, shallow dish.
Top the mixture with protein starter, guacamole, salsa, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Place sliced olives in a ring around the edge of the dish.
Place the remaining sour cream into a pastry bag and draw a spider web on top of the dip.
To make an olive spider, slice one large olive in half, length wise. Place an olive half down on top of the dip. Slice the remaining half into 8 thin slices and arrange 4 on each side, for legs.
