Slow Cooker Cranberry Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

1 Package Pure Farmland Plant-Based Homestyle Meatballs
1 14oz can cranberry sauce
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional for garnish)

DIRECTIONS

Spray the inside of a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and lemon juice. The
mixture will be slightly lumpy.

Add the meatballs to the slow cooker.

Cover with cranberry sauce mixture and gently stir until evenly coated.

Cook on low for 4 hours.

Transfer the meatballs and sauce to a large serving plate. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if
desired.
