1 12oz package Pure Farmland Maple Breakfast Links
8oz brioche bread, torn into 1” cubes (about 4 cups)
½ cup whole milk
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray a 9×13 pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
On a large baking sheet, spread the pieces of bread onto a single layer.
Toast the bread for 5 minutes until golden brown.
In a large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and mustard.
Add the toasted bread and 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese and gently stir to combine.
In a large nonstick skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat for 3 minutes.
Add mushrooms to the skillet and continue to cook the sausage and mushrooms over medium-high heat for 6 minutes until the sausage is browned.
Break the sausage links into 1” pieces, then transfer the sausage and mushrooms to the bowl with the brioche mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer to an oven-safe casserole dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes until puffed and lightly browned.
Let rest for 10 minutes then serve.
