Plant-Based Protein Starter Totchos

INGREDIENTS

1 package of Simply Seasoned Protein Starters
1 bag frozen Tater Tots
1 c. queso blanco
1⁄2 c. pico de gallo
1⁄2 red onion, minced
1⁄2 c. sour cream (squeezable)
1⁄4 c. scallions
1 jalapeño
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Toss frozen Tater Tots in oil and place on a foil-lined baking pan. Cook for 20 minutes.
Sauté Protein Starters in a pan over medium heat for 12 minutes until brown
Place tots in a casserole dish, and, in layers, add Protein Starters, queso blanco, pico de gallo, red onions, sour cream, scallions, and jalapeño.
