Plant-Based Protein Starter Chili

INGREDIENTS

veggie ground beef

2 packages of Mild Italian Style Protein Starters
1⁄2 white onion
6 oz. can tomato paste
12 oz. can tomato sauce
12 oz. can tomatoes w/ green chilies
3 tbsp chili powder
1⁄2 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
12 oz. can kidney beans
12 oz. can black beans
12 oz. can pinto beans

DIRECTIONS


Turn Instant Pot to sauté; sauté Protein Starters until brown

Add in onion and sauté until soft (3 minutes)

Add rest of ingredients; set pot to chili for 20 minutes
