Plant-Based Pizza Burgers

INGREDIENTS

1 packages of Mild Italian Style Protein Starters
Butter
Minced garlic
2 burger buns
12 oz. can pizza sauce
Dried oregano
4 mozzarella slices
Mini pepperoni

DIRECTIONS


Make Protein Starter into 4 burger patties

Spread butter and minced garlic onto burger buns and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees

Sauté patties in a pan on medium heat for 12 minutes, turning once as juice appears on surface

Add pizza sauce and dried oregano to the pan, then place the mozzarella slices and pepperoni onto burgers until cheese is melted

Transfer pizza burgers to one half of the garlic bread
