INGREDIENTS

1 package Savory Original Breakfast Patties
4 slices cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
8 slider-sized brioche buns
1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
16 stuffed olives
16 toothpicks

DIRECTIONS

In a large non-stick skillet, cook breakfast patties over medium to medium-high heat for about 12 minutes, turning occasionally to brown evenly.

Place the slices of cheese on a cutting board.

Use a paring knife to cut each slice in half, in a zig-zag pattern, to create triangle-shaped “teeth” on one side of each slice of cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and garlic powder.

Spread a thin layer of the mayonnaise mixture on to the top of each bun.

Once the patties are cooked, place one patty on the bottom of each bun.

Top with tomato and avocado.

Place the cheese on top of the avocado, with the triangle “teeth” facing outward, hanging over slightly.

Top with a bun.

Spear each olive with a toothpick and place two olives on top of each bun to form “eyes”.

Place on a tray with the teeth and eyes facing forward.
