INGREDIENTS

For the Meatballs:
1 package Pure Farmland Plant Based Homestyle Meatballs
1 jar marinara sauce
4 split-top hotdog buns
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
parsley

DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Place meatballs on aluminum foil-lined baking sheet coated lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes; gently turn meatballs over and bake an additional 8 to 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 175 F.

Place 3 baked meatballs in each bun, top with marinara sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella.

Set oven on broil & cook for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Top with shredded parsley, serve with remaining marinara sauce, & enjoy!
