“Meatball” Skewers

INGREDIENTS

plant based protein

1 package Homestyle Meatballs
1 tube crescent rolls
Wooden skewers
1⁄2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. pizza sauce

DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Bake meatballs for 10 minutes and remove from oven

Separate the crescent rolls and roll until long and skinny

Wrap around each meatball and secure with skewer

Place back in the oven for an additional 8 minutes

Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese, and cook for additional 4 minutes

Dip in pizza sauce and enjoy!
