INGREDIENTS

veggie ground beef

1 package Pure Farmland Mild Italian Protein Starter
8 oz. mix of fresh diced onions, bell peppers, celery
1 (24-oz.) jar of tomato basil pasta sauce
1 (32-oz.) carton unsalted broth of your choice
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato pesto
1 (9-oz.) package cheese ravioli
1 (8-oz.) baby kale salad kit (baby greens, cheese, toppings, dressing)
6 Tbsp. ricotta cheese

DIRECTIONS


Preheat a large skillet 2-3 minutes on medium-high. 

Place Pure Farmland Protein Starter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Break apart into large chunks with spatula and cook until moisture has evaporated and product browns; about 12 minutes.

Reduce heat on pan to medium-low. Stir in pasta sauce, broth, and pesto until hot.

Stir pasta into soup; cook until pasta is tender.

Chop salad greens.

Divide soup in serving bowls. Top each bowl with salad greens, then sprinkle with salad toppings, and drizzle with dressing.

Finish with 1 tablespoon ricotta cheese and serve.
