INGREDIENTS

plant based protein

1 package Pure Farmland Plant-Based Homestyle Meatball
Lavash or pita
Cucumber
Pickled red onion
Mint
Yogurt

DIRECTIONS


Heat oven to 375°F.

Place Plant-Based Meatballs on aluminum foil-lined baking sheet coated lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes; gently turn the meatballs over and bake an additional 8 to 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 175°F.

Dice cucumber & place in a small bowl.

Pick the mint leaves & drain the pickled onion.

Arrange wraps to your liking with hummus & yogurt.
