INGREDIENTS

For the Filling:
12 oz Pure Farmland Simply Seasoned Plant-Based Protein Starters
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp Sriracha
1 tsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
2 small heads Boston Bibb Lettuce (Can use romaine), separated into individual cups
1 carrot, julienned
1 red bell pepper, julienned
Cilantro leaves

DIRECTIONS

For the Wraps:

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Set aside for next steps.

Heat the vegetable oil in a medium sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the protein starters to the pan and cook until browned. Add green onions and cook for two more minutes.

Add the reserved sauce to the pan with the protein starter and toss to combine.

To each lettuce cup add cooked protein. Garnish with carrots, red peppers, and cilantro leaves.
