Honey BBQ “Meatballs”
5 minutes + time to pressurize
1 Package Pure Farmland Plant-Based Homestyle Meatballs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup sweet barbecue sauce (such as Sweet Baby Ray’s)
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Turn the Instant Pot to “Sauté”.
Add the olive oil and meatballs and sauté for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently to ensure even browning. Be careful not to let the meatballs burn on the bottom.
In a small bowl, combine the bbq sauce, honey, water, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder.
Add the sauce to the Instant Pot and stir until the meatballs are evenly coated.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and switch valve to “Sealing.”
Press “Manual” and set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once the meatballs are done cooking, quick-release the pressure by manually turning the venting knob, then remove the lid.
Stir the meatballs and sauce, then transfer to a plate.
