Grilled Meatballs with Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 Package Pure Farmland Plant-Based Homestyle Meatballs
1 tsp. grated or shredded parmesan, for garnish
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
1/2 teaspoon thyme, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sage, chopped
1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon hot sauce, optional
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
3 clove garlic, minced

DIRECTIONS


Preheat grill to 375° F.

Grill Pure Farmland Italian Style Meatballs, turning every few minutes, until internal temperature of the meatballs reaches at least 175°F.

In the meantime, melt butter in the microwave by 30 seconds increments, until completely melted. Add lemon juice, chopped parsley, rosemary, thyme, sage, minced garlic, hot sauce, salt, and pepper to the melted butter and stir well.

Drizzle the grilled plant-based meatballs with the garlic butter herb sauce and sprinkle with grated parmesan if you like. Return the turkey meatballs in the oven and finish baking for 2-3 minutes, making sure not to dry up the meatballs.

Remove form the oven and serve the grilled meatballs with a side salad or over cauliflower rice.
