INGREDIENTS

1 package Pure Farmland Simply Seasoned Burger Patties
4 large burger buns
4 slices red onion
4 large romaine lettuce leaves
1 large tomato, cut into 1” slices
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup tzatziki sauce (recipe below)

Tzatziki Sauce- makes about 1 cup
1 small cucumber, peeled, sliced lengthwise, and seeded
3/4 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons olive oil
Juice from 1 lemon
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

DIRECTIONS

Cook patties in skillet over medium heat for about 12 minutes, turning once after juices appear on surface.

To prepare the tzatziki sauce, use a large box grater to grate the cucumber into a bowl.

Add the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon, dill and salt and stir until combined.

Place each burger on a bun and top with red onion, lettuce, tomato, feta, and 1 tablespoon of tzatziki sauce.
Serve immediately.
