Gnocchi Skillet

INGREDIENTS

1 Package Farmland Mild Italian Dinner “Sausage” Links
2 tablespoons butter
1 16oz package gnocchi
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chopped kale, stems removed
¾ cup ricotta cheese
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a large nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the gnocchi and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy.
Transfer the gnocchi to a plate, then add the links to the skillet.
Cook over medium-high heat for 6 minutes, turning occasionally.
Add ½ cup of water to the skillet, then cover and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
Transfer the links to a cutting board and cut into 1” pieces.
Wipe down the skillet, then add the olive oil.
Add the garlic and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add the kale and cover. Cook for 1 minute until the kale is bright green.
Add the gnocchi and sausage, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Stir in the ricotta cheese and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
