1 Package Pure Farmland Simply Seasoned Protein Starters
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon oregano
1 16oz jar medium red salsa
1 cup water
8oz tortilla chips
4 oz queso fresco
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
1 avocado, diced
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Place Plant-Based Protein Starters in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and oregano.
Break apart with spatula and cook until moisture has evaporated and product browns, about 12 minutes.
Add salsa and water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
Use a large wooden spoon to gently fold the tortilla chips into the mixture. Be careful not to break the tortilla chips.
Transfer mixture to a sheet pan or large platter.
Sprinkle with queso fresco, red onion, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.
