“Cheeseburger” Personal Pizzas

INGREDIENTS

plant based protein

1 package Pure Farmland Italian Style Protein Starters
6 English muffins
¾ cup pizza sauce
1½ cups shredded mozzarella or American cheese
Cherry tomatoes

DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Heat Pure Farmland Protein Starter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Break apart with spatula & cook until moisture has evaporated & product browns, about 12 minutes.

Cut English muffins in half. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place English muffins facing up.

Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over each English muffin, then sprinkle with thin layer of shredded mozzarella cheese. Top with desired amount of Protein Starter. Place halved cherry tomatoes on top.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.

Note: unbaked pizzas may be frozen until ready to bake at later date.
