INGREDIENTS

1 package Pure Farmland Simply Seasoned Burger Patties
1 cup water
⅓ cup vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sliced cucumber
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 slicing tomato, sliced into ½” slices
4 large romaine lettuce leaves
4 slices white onion
¼ cup ranch dressing (recipe below)

Ranch dressing- makes about ½ cup
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Pinch of black pepper
2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

In a large jar, combine the water, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir until the salt and sugar dissolve.

Add the cucumber slices and put in the refrigerator.

In a large jar or bowl, whisk together the sour cream, buttermilk, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, pepper, dill, and lemon juice.

Cook patties in skillet over medium heat for about 12 minutes, turning once after juices appear on surface.

Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty for 1 minute until melted.

Place each burger on a bun and top with tomato, lettuce, onion, homemade pickles, and 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing. Serve immediately.
