INGREDIENTS

1 package Savory Original Breakfast Patties
1 cup salsa
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. chili powder


For Toppings:
Sliced avocado
Cheddar cheese
Fried egg
Chopped scallions

DIRECTIONS


Finely chop the breakfast patties.

Add chopped patties, salsa, water, and spices to medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 12 minutes, until the product is nicely browned.

Serve hot and garnish as desired–we chose a fried egg, sliced avocado, cheddar cheese, and chopped scallions.
