6 Pure Farmland Maple Bacon Sausage Patties
3 croissants, sliced
3 eggs, hard-boiled
3 cups spinach
1 clove of garlic
Olive oil
Salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS


Saute spinach with garlic, salt & pepper, and olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat until wilted.

Cook breakfast patties in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat for about 12 minutes, turning occasionally to brown evenly.

Layer sliced eggs into croissants over spinach and add two patties to each sandwich.
