Biscuit and Gravy Skillet Bake
12 oz. Pure Farmland Savory Original Breakfast Patties
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 1/2 cups whole milk
1/4 tsp. table salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Pinch red pepper flakes
16 oz. refrigerated southern-style biscuits
Preheat oven to 350°
Place sausage in a sauté or cast-iron pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, until sausage crumbles and is browned. Remove and reserve.
To the same pan, add butter and melt. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
Whisk in milk and cook until mixture starts to simmer. Add in reserved sausage and season to taste with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
To the same pan, top gravy with biscuits.
Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until biscuits are browned and cooked through.
