INGREDIENTS

1 package Pure Farmland Simply Seasoned Burger Patties
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon gochujang sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon sesame seeds
1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumber
½ cup shredded carrots
1 green onion, thinly sliced
4 burger buns

DIRECTIONS

Cook patties in skillet over medium heat for about 11 minutes, turning once after juices appear on surface.

In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, gochujang sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.

Add the sesame seeds, cucumber, carrots, and green onion and let sit in the vinegar mixture for at least 5 minutes.

Drain the vegetables.

Place the burger on a bun and top with the vegetables.
